Yutan Public Schools is accepting applications for a School Cook. This person is a member of the Yutan Public Schools food services team and has shared responsibilities for the preparation of food for breakfast and lunch, serving meals, and upkeep of cafeteria spaces and equipment. We are seeking applicants who:
**Understand the work needed to effectively prepare and serve student meals, and maintain the kitchen area.
**Possess effective interpersonal communication skills.
**Can work within a team, perform independent tasks with minimal supervision, and adapt to change.
**Exhibit dependable and punctual attendance.
This person will work during the days school is in session for students, and includes 3-5 workdays prior to the start of the school year, and 2-3 work days after the school year ends. The school year begins August 14 and ends May 20. Work hours are 6:30am to 1:30pm each day school is in session.
